Prices and Payment Terms

Ruél Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Stock Images not expressly granted by this licence. Such rights are protected by the international copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this licence.
Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Website Templates
Installation and Usage
Buyer is required to have a Showit account to use the template. The template will be available to download following the completion of the purchase:
Copyright and License Information
The purchase of a template grants the buyer a licence to use it for the creation of one website only, within their Showit account. The template must not be resold, duplicated, or distributed in any form. The templates created and sold by Ruél Studio are protected under copyright law and are intended for exclusive sale by Ruél Studio. The template is to be used solely to create a personal or commercial website by the buyer. Any photographs used within the template are for illustrative purposes and remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Ruél Studio reserves the right to feature the buyer's finished website design in its promotional materials. However, any confidential information or personal data will not be disclosed without explicit consent from the buyer. In cases where the template is used for client projects or compensated work, the buyer must acknowledge and credit Ruél Studio with a live hyperlink to our website, (www.theruelstudio.com) failing which may constitute a breach of copyright.

Support and Assistance
Following the sale of the template, Ruél Studio’s service obligations are considered complete. The buyer is responsible for the maintenance, update, and management of their website using the template. Ruél Studio advises keeping a backup of the template to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances.

Upon receipt of the template, the buyer is responsible for adding their unique content, text, images, and other brand elements to customise the template pages. Ruél Studio will not be responsible for any alterations, customisations, or additions made to the template after transfer. Ruél Studio is not obligated to transfer the template again if changes or deletions are made by the buyer. Permission to Use Pre-written Copy
